You can pick up or drop off equipment seven days a week at J&K Fleas An’Tiques in Madison, Georgia 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays – Saturdays, and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sundays. Remote Assistance Downloads:

I use Zoho, AnyDesk, Teamviewer and other software to remotely connect to your computer or mobile device for troubleshooting and maintenance. You can download the lastest version for your various devices here:

• For PC and MacOS Users:
  - Zoho Remote Support Service Que - Most CyberBuddy clients should use this link.
  - Zoho Remote Support Service Client - Use this link if you have a CyberBuddy maintenace contract.
  - AnyDesk - Universal application for computers, phones and tablets.
  - HelpWire - On-demand support of Windows and macOS.
  - RustDesk - An open-source privacy-focused solution for all platforms.

• For mobile devices:
  - Zoho - Go to the App Store on your device (Apple Store or Google Play Store) and search for “Customer App - Zoho Assist” - (the GREEN one).
  - AnyDesk - Go to the App Store on your device (Apple Store or Google Play Store) and search for “AnyDesk” - (two RED diamonds overlapping).
  - RustDesk - Go to the RustDesk Download repository and choose the version for your current device from the table in the upper section.

Special Support

• A:

1. To turn on Internet Explorer mode, use the following steps.
2. In the address bar for Microsoft Edge, type edge://settings/defaultbrowser and then click Enter.
3. Use the Pull Down for “Allow sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode” and set to Allow. Restart MS Edge.
4. Otherwise follow steps in B.

• B:

1. Open Microsoft Edge on Windows.
2. Click the Settings and More (ellipsis - ...) button on the top-right corner.
3. Select the Settings option.
4. Click on Default browser on the lfeft navigation.
5. Under the “Internet Explorer compatibility” section, for “Allow sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode” - set to Allow.
6. Click the Restart button.

• C: Remain in Edge, navigate to ftp://cbuddy.net. Lee will give you the connecting credentials and guide you through the rest of the process.
