Computer Repair and Support

I can repair most things other technicians will turn away. I understand you have better things to spend your hard-earned money on than a new computer. I will evaluate your repair needs and let you know whether it is cost-effective to repair your computer, or whether you would be better off buying a new one.

Although I generally work faster in my office—because I have a high-speed Internet connection and all my equipment there—I will gladly come to your location upon request (travel charges may apply). I also offer support contracts for companies and other organizations on a quarterly or annual basis. A support contract gives you priority over non-contract customers for service calls, and generally results in lower costs than per-incident support.

Computer and Technology Consultation

I can assist you with buying a computer that meets your needs. I can also set up your new computer (installing software, optimizing system settings, etc.) and install your computer system for your home or office. You can engage me as needed, or purchase my services on a quarterly or annual contract basis.

I can also help you with other technical issues, such as setting up a home or office network. I can design a technology plan to help you work and communicate more effectively. I have experience with Voice over IP (Internet telephone), cellular and wireless networking communications. I also have experience with other office equipment such as printers/scanners/fax machines, telephones, etc.

Training

Want to learn to send e-mail (with attachments), surf the web, use Microsoft Office, buy and sell on eBay, or learn to use your digital camera? Let me know what you want to learn and I will teach you. I can provide individual as well as classroom-style training for a variety of computer and business technologies. One-on-one sessions can be in my office or at your location.

I also offer question-and-answer sessions in one-on-one or group formats.

Custom Computers

I can build computers to your specifications or to suit your specific purposes. If you want the latest and greatest on the market that will do everything except cook supper, I can build it. System specifications will determine the overall cost of the product. Discounts are available for quantity orders.

Web Site Design

Need a web site? Call me. Whether for your company or personal need I can make it happen. I work side by side with you to produce the web site you need to promote your business. I can also design personal web sites.

Payment Terms and Conditions

Payment is due when services are rendered, and late fees are assessed after 30 days. Equipment not picked up after 30 days may be sold to recover costs. Other terms and conditions also may apply, and I will discuss them with you before performing any work.
